Pinion is the absolute best. Marian was incredibly helpful in setting up the appointment for us-Dr. Jackson is the best veterinarian in Reno. This appointment was a great experience for us just like all out appointments over the past eight years- We couldn t be happier

parking is difficult

I tried the park and wait method of getting shots for my cat.i waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes before they came to get her. By the time i got her back (blood draw was unsuccessful) i was in my car 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is the second time i tried this shot idea. Both times the wait in the parking lot was an hour or more. That system is not working.

I received wonderful service. The staff is amazing and truly care about the animals they care for. It was nice to have the gentle touches for my sick fur baby. Thank you.

The phones for a period of time were really hard to get through but that seems to have gotten better. Otherwise we have LOVED Pinion the past four years we have been coming. We so appreciate you.
