it would be nice to come in to see the vet- curbside is ok but not what the pet owner wants on a reg basis

This facility is a gem! Everyone was wonderful and took amazing care of my exotic pet. Staff even stayed late to ensure everyone’s safety and to offer well wishes. I was so lucky to have found this hospital.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am very please with pinion vet hospital.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Staff is always friendly and nice. Just had Sandy s toe nails clipped.

I do not like letting my dog be picked up from the car even if it is just for shots. I want to be with my dog. He is scared when he goes and it helps with his anxiety. Please do not send me notices that I am to wait in the car while a tech brings him in. Thank You.

I want to b in room when my dog is examined..just shots..this was denied. Do not like policy. My dog was nervous and my being there wld have helped.

I really appreciate you all from reception to vet techs, and of course, Dr. Jackson. Thank you all for always listening, being relatable, and treating everyone’s animals like family and with respect. From my cat to my two dogs, I know they are good hands, and I am especially grateful for how patient ya’ll are with my one dog that is not a huge fan of coming in.

It did not seem like the doctor listened to my concerns about my pet. She did not take the time to ask me to fully explain the symptoms and behavior that I was seeing and discuss them with me. Her manner did not suggest that she had any desire or hope to see my pet recover. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of interaction at Pinion, and I would not have come back if I were able to get an appointment anywhere else.

Piñon was great dealing the quirks of my dogs behavior. They were able to deal with her behavior in an appropriate manor.

The front door needs to be repainted The reception area lighting needs to be updated so it is brighter

You saved my bunny Oliver last week he s doing so much better... his head isn t even tilting anymore, He s still getting his antibiotics and he s doing really great. If it wasn t for you all he wouldn t even be here today. I am so grateful for you all thank you.

All of your front desk staff are absolutely amazing everytime I ve come in! My only concern is I came in on a Thursday for a 3:45 appt. I showed up at 3:30 and there was 4-5 dogs in waiting area, then there were another 4+ owners with dogs inside their cars also waiting for their appts. I waited until 4:40 then had to reschedule for another day. I looked at the sign in sheet and there was appts scheduled every 15 mins but obviously not getting patients in and out that quickly

Vet tech was great, and Dr of course.
