In the difficult time of not being able to be with my dog while being examined by Dr. Davenport, I found both the ladies who walked her into and out of the building and Dr. Davenport, himself, as he related the results of her exam on the phone to me to be absolutely focused on the best for her. They are wonderful.

The form does not seem to be working. Service was fine. Some questions pertain to pre-COVID-19 times.

Going into our first appointment, I had been given no heads up as to the procedures in place for Covid-19. I would like to stress that this did not make for an unpleasant or unsuccessful visit, however I was surprised when I had to wait in my car and let my dog be taken off for his checkup. Even just being told that I would have to wait in my car and my dog would be taken inside, would have been a lot more information about the procedure.

Waited an hour for the appointment

We did not go into the building so can’t speak to cleanliness, but staff was very helpful, punctual, informative and kind. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the curb side service, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went!

Everything was great.

I understand with chinavirus society changes are needed. However, I did as instructed on the sign when I pulled in. Phone was busy, busy, busy, busy, finally 6th try got office voicemail. left a message with all info, waited in parking lot for 45 minutes before flagging down staff. Then a HUGE quote for a minor surgery.

Wasn t in an exam room

Curbside service- worked well.

Front desk needs a bit more training if new. I checked in 3 pets over the phone and the front desk person confirmed and checked all 3 in but only took 1 pet. Other 2 pets weren’t properly checked in and waited an extra hour to be seen

This visit was for two physicals, vaccinations and heartworm tests for my two dogs.we had to wait in the car while the dogs were treated inside and brought out. Dr. Thomas called to see if I had questions. Smooth process given complexities of maintaining COVID-19 protocols. Five stars ***** all around!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of this practice and of all the team members. At a time of chaos in our world, Pinion Veterinary Hospital has everything under control. Many thanks to Dr. Thomas for the care and interest she exhibited on the phone. She has a kind, calming demeanor. Thanks also to the great staff as they carhopped effortlessly and with great attention to every detail. The service rendered was so very fairly priced, and there was no pressure to go beyond what was deemed necessary. Dito is so blessed to have his little paws in your competent hands.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The vets are compassionate for animals and very easy to talk to and down to earth! Keep being awesome.

We arrived at 1:35 for our 2:00 appt and waited until 2:30 until someone came and told us why there was such a long wait. Would have been good if someone came out sooner!!!!!

Other than the typical wait in any Doctor s office, outstanding - better than excellent.
