The first time I called (330 Monday)the phone rang forever and then went to an answering machine. When I called Tuesday morning the phone was picked up quickly and I was asked if I could be put on a brief hold. 10 minutes later I got an appointment. This is ridiculous. There has got to be a better way. Institute email or texting so we don’t have to wait. If I was at work I couldn’t be on hold for 10 minutes. And being on hold won’t let me leave a message. The people on the phone were very polite. Trying to make contact is a problem.

Message we receive when calling the vet is way way too long. there should be an option if you want to leave a message click now. We should not have to wait through lots of statements; Such as when you’re open when you can pick up food, etc.

As a breeder and exhibitor of Standard Poodles and Brittanys, we complete a full genetic panel on each of our dogs used for reproduction purposes. Pinion is the only Vet in RENO NV that offers the PENNHIP process on dogs OVER 25 pounds. As such, I made my first appointment for 2 of my Poodle Males and that started a great breeder X Vet relationship that carries on to this day. Dr Tiffani Thomas DVM has been our vet for the Genetics and many of the Staff at Pinion have assisted Dr Thomas, Dealing with our Check in and pick ups. Too many to give praise to all. Michelle at the Main Desk checks us in and all corespondance is thru Michelle or Dr Thomas. This experience has been invaluable for us and a great pleasure in Vet Care services. We have alot of experience with Vets in several States and many services have been accomplished so to rate this clinic fairly, I beleive we have enough to compare quality care with and this clinic MEETS and EXCEEDS all standards of Vet care. We have chatted with clinets in the Waiting room, Toured this Clinic, Kennel and service areas and purchased product. All levels of care and assistance have been Exceptional. Personal Calls to us on appt outcome by Dr Thomas DVM have been accomplished and the conversation has been professional and all bases covered on info sharing. Emails sent received in a timely manner and all info covered. CANNOT say enough Great things about PINION ANIMAL HOSPITAL . Thank you all for all the great care for our line up.
