Your front front office is at minimum passable. I ve been going to Pinion for 8 years now, do you think the same person would ever remember my name by now. I was also directly in contact with clients in my business, the 2nd time they came back I greeted them with their name. It s not that hard. Front office is surly! Vet s assistant Kathy is wonderful as is Dr. Jackson and Dr. Davenport.

I truly appreciate that a real (and polite) human being answers the phone and we were able to be seen for what we felt was an urgent issue that very morning. The vet, Dr. Thomas, listens and cares. I have been using Pinion for 15 years and not once was I unhappy with the Vets or the staff. Never had any problem in all the years and would not use any other Vet I always recommend them to anyone who needs a Vet. I will continue to use them as long as I have pets.

The survey does not appear to be working- all was good but wait times are much longer than expected.

Mack was there for day care only. Since I do not see him in his day care surroundings, I can only judge his demeanor coming and going, and he appears happy. Therefore, I, too, am happy. Thank you for caring for my pup.

Dr. Thomas and the staff were very kind and helpful! My dog has had a sour stomach for a while and Dr. Thomas told me all of my options to help my pooch. I was very impressed with the service!

I just switched vets from Advanced Pet Care. Pinion is FAR superior, all staff was efficient & super friendly and helpful. Sharon was awesome and got my pup right in as a new patient. Dr Thomas addressed all of my concerns & provided everything my puppy needed to be healed. Dr Thomas also skillfully removed a giant tick from my puppy s ear with a surgeon s precision. I feel so happy and relieved to be in the hands of such a great veterinary practice. I Highly Recommend! Thank you! Kelly
