Your facility is clean and well-managed, with agreeable staff.

The nurse and doctor were amazing. Actually showed consideration to my timid dog and she seemed good around them, good vibes. Likely only vet I will use at this point. The office cat is awesome too.

Dr. Thomas and Dr, Jackson were both very patient with my questions and answered them completely. The surgical procedure went well and Molly is healing well and doing great. Their details of post operative care was clear and very helpful so I was able to care for her correctly. I am very pleased Thank you so very much for helping my new little dog, Molly. Valerie Usrey

I remember once,Waldo was quite sick. I asked,if we can come in without previous apptmt. They were able to accommodate us,by making phone calls to other dog owners while our regular vet couldn t squeeze us in,in spite of our urgency. Never went back to them. Thank you

The only issue I have with Pinion is that I have been a client since 1994 +/- and when I made the appointment over the phone I was clear that I wanted to schedule a time when Dr. Davenport would be the vet that I saw and when I got there Dr. Davenport was no where around. I was really upset! I understand that Dr. Davenport is going to retire at some time, but do not mislead me. I am so very sad to say that I will most likely not return to Pinion because of this.
