I would like to have been allowed to go into the exam room with my cat. I was charged for an exam, but was told he was only getting shots when I asked if I could go into the room. The total visit took only a few minutes, so I don’t know what sort of exam was performed.

Pinion is a very busy clinic/hospital so sometimes getting an appointment quickly can be an issue, but the staff worked with me and we were able to get in on the following day - which was wonderful. All shots and issues resolved in that visit.

I like that everyone worked with me to get me back to work on time. And that there s a reptile vet close by all staff eas kind

We have been with Pinion for many years and will continue for many more. Compassionate staff and they really try to make the pets feel comfortable.

The techs are great, but I like doctor contact. And as great as Drs J & T are, I very much miss Dr Davenport. Please let him know that he is missed and was very much appreciated for all the many years he cared for our family.

I did not see the doctor. My appointment was curbside l don t know why Pinion is doing this curside/covid system it does not benefit me.

I am removing all my pets (4) to a vet in Carson city due to the poor service, overbooking, and lack of medication needed for my senior citizen pup...your office refused to work with PetMeds and my pup went several weeks, in pain, until I could get the medication from Costco. Sadly, after 5 years you have lost my business and I will not recommend you any longer. I had no problem with the Drs...just the staff, the rudeness, and forgetfulness...

I was seen quickly, the receptionist, tech and vet were all friendly, professional, caring and welcoming. I was provided clear information and offered a couple of options for my senior dog. I felt that my pet’s wellbeing was important to everyone. The facility is always clean, well maintained and safe. I love Pinion!!

I was early for the appointment. I waited 30 minutes with no notice on when I might be called. I notified you 2x I was waiting. No one cared. You aren t the only ones with schedules. I left. When I made the appointment, no one told me I couldn t go in. I had even called back after scheduling to add a request. The text and email are the only notifications I had that my supposed nose-to-tail appointment was vaccine/curbside only. I resent that. I want to go in with my pet and see the exam. Your office is really difficult to work with.

I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was so kind and understanding and I feel like Lola got great care!

Very limited resources for exotic animals in Reno sparks area. The places I did call didn’t take my concerns for my bunny seriously but you did. Called several different places, this is by far the best front line/administrative office I’ve dealt with. Although vet tech and vet was fantastic. Administrative team should get all the credit, they are the ones reeling in the business. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

It is three days now since our visit and still no word about Wile E s test results. Unacceptable!

I could not change the stars. Only three seats. Get some folding chairs at least. 1.5 hours waiting. Were not wanting to help my dog as it was time to go home. Not cool. And the estimate to clean teeth is outrageous.
