You used to do everything in the room with the pet an owner present, however, I noticed lately you are taking the pet away to do shots and take blood. I don t understand the change, an would prefer to be able to see what all is being done. thanks

Love that Dr hale didn t really push my dog and make him more nervous than he already was. Dr hale is a great doctor and was great with my dog.

I very much appreciated the hospital getting my dog in as soon as possible when he became sick. The front office staff was particularly friendly, and I m always grateful when I don t have to be the one to hold him during shots and/or procedures . Thank you!

The office was neat and clean. The staff were all friendly and was gentle with our Emma Rose. Read about a new peanut butter that has an artificial sweetner that can be deadly to pets. Know you have peanut butter in the exam rooms so wanted to pass it on to the center

Love Dr. Hale. ALWAYS listens to my concerns and input. He goes above and beyond. Dr. Hale is considerably kind and polite; extremely professional. My pups like him too. He even lets my daughter ramble on with stories ?? I recommend your practice to all my friends especially fellow moms who are not from this area, like myself.

We love Hebron Animal Hospital. Sophie has so much anxiety and is terrified of the vet office and new people. The fear-free environment is the best - they take their time and work with her to make her as comfortable as possible by using different techniques. Ollie does great and it was so nice they took him to the back to do his shots so Sophie would not see and freak out. I appreciate all the questions the team answers for me whether it is in person or over the phone and how well they treat my furbabies. THANK YOU

Our dog Bentley loves Dr Hale, he hides under the bench with everyone else, but when Dr Hale walks in the room, he comes out and gives him kisses and doesn’t mind the exam! We love Dr Hale too!!

I have small yappy dogs that bark a lot when other dogs/cats are in the waiting area. I feel bad because their bark is so shrill people can talk. I know this is my problem to correct their behavior, but a waiting room for dogs (since you have one for cats) would be wonderful! Also, hooks under your counter to hook leashes while paying the bill. I do love Hebron Animal Hospital! Prompt thorough service with a smile! Thank you!!
