Dr. Greenfield and his staff are amazingly patient, thorough, and kind. They always take the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed and proceed in a gentle manner that makes our dogs feel at ease. We couldn’t ask for more in a vet!

I ve been impressed with your practice, Dr. Hale, and all your staff since my first visit. You guys do a great job! The flexibility of some late office hours and Saturday hours are very convenient. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to offer some type of price matching on prescription medication. The convenience of taking meds home from your office has value so I don t mind paying a little more but if the gap is big, price matching might be something to think about in order to keep your clients buying from you and turning your inventory. Overall, we are very satisfied with your practice!

Dr. Hale was extremely sympathetic and understanding to our dog Midnight s medical issues and was considerate of our concerns which we appreciated very much.

I was very impressed with the care Hallie received. She wasn’t stressed out and actually was pretty relaxed on the table.

The cat waiting area smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. My guess is it came in from that side door being opened before the smoke was cleared. For that reason, I waited with my cat in the main waiting area. Not my preference, but I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so I didn t have a choice. Thankfully there were no dogs there at the time.

We love Hebron Animal Hospital and will miss you very much when we move back to MO.

The only thing I would recommend is that when you give someone a approximate cost of the procedure, you tell them a little closer cost. I was told it would be between $1600 - $1700 and it was over $2100, that s a big difference to me.

Tippy was very comfortable with Dr. Hale which was great! He was extremely clear regarding her issues.

Dr. Hale and Greenfield are great veterinarians I would reccomend to anyone. The staff are absolutely the best. Friendly, courteous and bend over backwards to help. You can tell the doctors and staff care about the patient and family.

I did not like the vet I saw this time. She was not friendly at all and spoke to me and looked at me like I was stupid for asking questions.

Dr. Lloyd was not as friendly as he usually is. He seemed very annoyed with any questions we asked, we felt very rushed and unwelcome. Which we never feel with other veterinarians at Hebron Animal Hospital! We also came back a week later to purchase Milo’s heart guard and none of his information from his appointment with Dr. Lloyd was in the system. I understand people have off days but we will visit a different doctor from now on. Thank you.

Dr Hale and Dr Greenfield are the 2 vets who see our chihuahuas. Both are excellent vets and we can’t say enough good things about them. We will continue to bring our chi’s there forever!!!
