The staff at All Creatures are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

There was an issue with my appointment time. Email confirmation said 6:30 but the system had me down for 6pm. I understand the Covid restrictions but it was disappointing not to be able to see the doctor and everything was handled over the phone from the car. It was a quick and expensive 15 minutes.

My rabbit was a new patient and coming in for a sick visit. The earliest appointment was 6 days later. Since it was an eye issue I accepted that but would have appreciated an earlier appointment for a sick visit.

Very nice experience. On time for appointment, easy check in, very prompt, doctor personally calls with review and comments, and very pleasant staff. My cat was also not upset by the exam and shots.

I was able to make an appoiment, sadly I had to wait a week because, they were fully booked. The only problem was when the doctor was calling to speak the phone number I requested to call was not called. Another family member was called that wasn t even at the vet at the time of the appoiment.

He’s still not eating but the medicine seems to be working on one of his eyes

I called tonight at 7 to have my baby put down but you were closed. You did everything you could. No poops in over 24 hours, it won’t be long now.

My animal got worse after I got home from her visit here and she ended up dying an hour later...so I’m not sure what they did to her

Great service short wait time. All questions were answered. Very pleased for my first visit.

I absolutely love this office. I used to take previous dogs to Burl Moor and I found out they had been taking advantage of me financially for years. I enjoy the transparency here as well as the ease of getting an appointment. It also helps the staff is not only friendly to me, but with each other. It makes a difference when you can see coworkers getting along and having a good time while getting work done.

As always, great service. Covid regulations a bit weird, but necessary.

I understand with covid new guidelines we couldn t be in the office with our pet for the examination, maybe a video chat system will give is first timers a little bit of ease. Overall a grat first experience. Thank you!
