All things considered with the Covid 19 way of doing things- I was pleased with the correspondence before and after the appointment and I appreciated the follow up call the day after the appointment.

This place is amazing. They took him in as an emergency. Did what they could to save him and recommended a vet that would help if he needed it over the weekend. They were Thorough and checked everything to make sure nothing was missed and that he got the proper care needed. They clearly explained everything that was going on and very honest about everything. I recommend 100%

As much as I really appreciated the cre you took of Falkor the visit was so expensive I will have to explore other options. I do think we will be back once he is full grown and doesn’t need so many appointments in a year or 2.

Unable to assess cleanliness as clients are not allowed in the waiting room to prevent covid-19 transmission. Billing was not accurately explained until I questioned why the bill was so high. Services appear overpriced.
