I have been to many vets in Phoenix, and I have never seen my animals tested so well and with such love! Thank you all for being so wonderful, and for all that you do!

It is time to consider adding another doctor. If it weren t for the cancellation list we would still be waiting for our appointment scheduled. The entire crew are awesome as well as The doctors, perhaps this is why you are so booked.

We are fairly new to this practice. Everything has been easy and straight-forward. The only thing is having to wait almost a week for a visit, or given the only option which is to go to a VERY expensive emergency vet, when my need was for a check-up.

I have a reactive dog who is leash aggressive so I always give a warning prior to coming in. The techs are always very sweet, understanding & mindful of my dog s issues even sometimes asking specifically what provokes him. Today he was very relaxed and they were able to do a CBC & draw urine without incident. The Tech said He did great! We gave him plenty of belly rubs! I am so grateful to go to a veterinary practice where everyone from the vets themselves to the front desk staff are mindful of my dog s issues but still show him how happy they are to see him (us)! It means a lot.

I really wish I could’ve talked to the vet at some point or had her call me when she wasn’t busy.

I feel like she didn’t not listen to me . My dog has a tooth or gum problem and she totally dismissed that My poor dog is in pain tonight and I’m online searching for something to sooth him. I am really disappointed with all of this. I feel like she didn’t listen to anything I was saying about his mouth and was more worried about running blood work than actually looking at him. I will not be seeing her again ! My dog continues to not eat because his TOOTH hurts . Over 300.00 later and he’s still in terrible pain

I was really happy with my first visit. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. From the people at the front desk to the people who worked directly with my cat were all knowledgeable and helpful in taking good care of the cat I brought in and the others I plan to bring in shortly. The pricing was also fair and better than I expected. I have a healthcare plan through United Health Care for my pets which helped a lot. It’s been a few years since my cats have been to the vet so I’m excited to bring the others in and get them all checked out. Location is convenient for me. I scheduled my cat all online which took less than 5 minutes. The vet was funny and made the visit enjoyable. He took his time and wasn’t in a rush like some vets in the past I’ve been to. Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit.
