After a long appointment waiting for testing to complete due to surgery prep, knowing Kayla would be thirsty, I ended up taking coffee cup and bottled water for her to drink outside. Suggest providing disposal bowls for dogs to drink. Also, a little concerned prep testing was completed yesterday, yet due to turn around results timeframe, the surgery may not happen until November 13th. I then question the benefits of the testing results as anything can happen in 10 days to change those results? The appointment time given was exceptional as I am concerned about infection, if surgery is completed tomorrow as planned I would given exceptional ratings for all. Dr. Hildebrand is wonderful, which is why we came back to his practice.

Set proper billing expectations. I explained multipule times my wallet was stolen, so I had no money. I was assured that the pet plan covered vaccines so I was ok (which is what I requested and set the appointment for. I was told 3x there would be no cost). I only scheduled the appointment for shots so I thought I was ok. But my dogs were given an exam and I was suddenly asked to pay $80. I wasnt warned ahead of time. Like I told you multipule times (when I checked in and when the doctor came in) I don t have money because my wallet was stolen. Why would you do something without telling me it would cost more? I m very upset and feel fleeced. I had to leave without the shots that I had requested (ya know... The thing that was covered and that I asked for) because I had no money for the exam (the thing I did not request and was not warned about). My new cards come in the mail later this week. I honestly dont want to return or recommend other pet parents because expectations should be better set.

I would just like to leave a comment that if possible, to have the paper work done and ready for me to pay the bill while my dog was still in the back. I know not everyone s dog is crazy like mine, but it would be convenient if that was possible. this is not by any means a complaint, it is just a suggestion.

Thank you so much for working our Lola in today. Your staff Sharon and Jade were very nice and professional. Dr Schneider explained Lola’s X-rays and examination very thoroughly. However I asked if she was familiar with the injectable medication Adequan for arthritis. She was not. I assumed maybe it had been taken off the market. But it is still available. We had great results with that medication on our prior old GSD. Dr Jennifer Bell is going to order it for Lola. Thank you so much for taking Lola today

Every time we come to dreaming summit, the staff is very friendly and real great with our dogs. My only complaints are the wait times to be seen when you have an appointment , always 20 min or more. Also, they always try to up sell services. For example, when I come in for one thing, we have had things added to the bill we didn’t ask or been told that they can’t remove certain tests that we didn’t get done because it’s part of a package. With a sick dog, the bills are expensive and we can’t afford more.

Not prepared for covid. I called to check in because of the option displayed on the door. I was immediately told to come in. I still had to wait in the lobby before being called back. I saw crowding of people near the front desk, individuals not wearing masks, no indicators on the ground for distancing, and no attempt to sanitize the waiting area between guests. Being a service dedicated to the health and safety of pets, I expect more precautions to ensure the health of their owners.
