I ve always had very good and friendly service any time I ve taken my dogs to the clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and will take time to answer any questions.

Loved the staff, they were so friendly and sweet to myself and my little pup. Definitely will be returning for any future appointments!

I just have to say, my last appointment was to put my pug to sleep which was a horrible day for me however you guys made it such an ease of an experience. Today, I brought in my new kitten and every single person was so sweet and excited. It’s apparent that no matter what the circumstance, your staff is caring and compassionate and that is very rare to find. Thank you SO very much for everything you do!!

the only concern I have is why the staff does not wear a face mask as I m afraid of catching this virus from someone and I wear a mask per CDC while in public. I was very nervous about your staff members being around me. My concern was for my pet too. I feel you should follow the CDC requirements unless you do not care about public health.

Everyone is very friendly and I never feel hurried. Care and concerns are fully addressed.

We really like Dreaming summit, but your survey doesn t reflect what is most important and that is cost. We have had 2 dogs in the office in the last 4 weeks and it has cost us about $800. I think you guys should do something different to keep costs down.
