Dreaming Summit Has been fantastic with Kitty boy

I love this place, but being in customer service, I know the importance of communication. Spartan was supposed to be done in an hour to an hour and a half, it was over 3 hours, and I was not informed of the additional wait. I didn t mind, but I could see someone else being upset with this situation. All it would have taken was a simple phone call stating that it was taking longer than expected. We are pet parents, and we worry when our pets our there for diagnostics and it takes more than twice the initial projected time. Like I said, I love this place, and will of course, continue to go there. I just think a little more communication when things go sideways for whatever reason would be greatly appreciated by your patients parents.

The young woman that is always the Dr that sees any of my labs (sorry I can not remember her name) has always been extremely professional, very friendly, always informative, and just a pleasure to work with as far as her kindness to our labs. Frank her assistant (who I have never seen) was also extremely friendly and helpful. Office staff/front desk ladies are amazing as well, I can not say enough good about dreaming summit. We recently had to put down our two black labs and we still have our yellow lab, the people at your office have always been so kind and helpful. I m a civil servant (firefighter) and I usually don t do these surveys but I felt that the people at dreaming summit deserve to be spoke of very highly because of all of our recent visits and there professionalism. I was rudely told that I had to hurry up and check in because “the ten minute late period was almost up!” The only reason this was the case was because I was only helped after waiting behind two other patients and while the receptionist who said that to me, took at least two phone calls, instead of helping check in patients that were waiting in line! When I made the appointment, nobody ever mentioned a “ten minute late appointment” rule so I don’t know why the lady felt like it was justified to be so rude to a patient who was there patiently waiting their turn while the “late period is running out” when the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed with patients and making appointments!

Waiting is inevitable, but Dr Hillebrand taking so much time to answer questions like you’re the only person there makes up for it. Thanks you guys

I am glad to see the pooper bag container outside today. I am used to doing container deposits in Pebblecreek. This was nice to see at my vet s office.....

The triage concept is fabulous when we don t need to see the doctor, but need basic checks like heart and lung. Especially great for the geriatric animals who need just the basic check up. Thank you.

Always a good experience .

I was a work in and the staff was wonderful and kept me up to date with the wait. I really didn’t wait long at all. I appreciate how friendly everyone was and for getting my mama dog in to make sure she didn’t still have a puppy in her. Again the staff were all wonderful!!!
