Spencer gets excellent care. I wouldn t take him anywhere else. He has seen Dr. Neeman since he was a puppy and Spencer is always happy to be there.

I wish I was given information on the care needed for my cat after his neuter. Dr. Carter is really great during regular appointments, but he did not give any aftercare information for my cat after his surgery. I was left with a lot of questions as I’m a first time cat owner. Other than that, this vet is really good!

Everything is always top notch at Kindness. From making an appointment (no long hold times and convenient open hours), to getting my fur baby in for an emergency appointment, to picking up prescription dog food. Everyone is friendly, professional and they know the dog s by name! I would highly recommend Kindness and will always bring my dogs here. Keep up the great work!

I recently had to take my dog to another vet b/c it would be 5 days before I could get an appointment at Kindness. I took my dog to another vet as it was more urgent. After spending a month tackling the issue, I brought my dog back to Kindness to get another opinion and this was the appointment that this survey is referring to. I am very pleased with returning, but still very frustrated that I have essentially paid double to get this problem treated properly. I hope this problem with not having enough providers is being remedied as I would prefer to stay at Kindness, but I need to know that I can count on the business to be available.
