Kindness is the best vet I’ve been too. The staff is always so kind and the Vets are very knowledgeable. I’m so thankful to have people care and love on my baby as much as I do.

You all are always so awesome, which is why we ve only gone to you for years! I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time for walk around vaccinations and nail clippings and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I come back because you take care of Tinker so well and are so gentle and kind even though she can be finicky and nippy in these situations- I appreciate your patience with her.

I went in because my dog was itching and while that was treated with an allergy shot, I was also charged an office visit. This was expected, however, the vet did not examine my dog s ears, take her temperature, or really look at her. Only her weight was measured in order to determine how much medicine to give. For an office visit charge, I expect the vet to take another 5 minutes to examine the dog.

Excellent service in every way! I wouldn t think of going elsewhere.

The desk staff is very patient and friendly. Dr Du took her time with Charlie and is very caring. She asked me to call on Monday to tell her how he is doing.

Dr. Neeman impressed me with his genuine concern for my dog. The news was not good, but it was delivered with gentle compassion. He thoroughly explained treatment options and the realistic odds of positive results. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Neeman to all pet owners.

It is hard to get an appointment. I called in and was told the wait would be a few days. They did put me on the cancellation list and someone called me that day. Your staff is amazing. I just know that not being able to get in is an issue.

Kindness is the best facility and Dr. Neeman is so fantastic! He treats my pets as if they were his own, which is why we continue to drive a longer distance to see him and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and happy all the time, it must be a great place to work.

Everything was fine, especially the visit with the doctor. Only minor complaint was we chose to wait outside b/c there were several small dogs coming and going in the lobby and a room wasn t available. We were told we would be checked in and taken into a room when available. After a good 20m or more waiting outside, I inquired and it seemed they were not aware we had arrived at all. Shortly thereafter we were taken back to a room.

I am so thankful for Dr Neeman and the staff. Started visiting when Dr Bob had this office. Has been over 20 years. Everyone is so friendly and compassionate. The hour plus drive for my fur babes is worth the travel time

My pups and I are very happy. We got all of our questions answered and we were treated very well.

Waiting too long in the reception area with other dogs makes my dog a little bit anxious . This is the first time we waited that long hopefully it won’t happen again. Other than that everything was fine. Staff was nice & friendly.

Your staff is awesome!

1. I understand the charge if you haven’t been to the office in a long time or if you’ve never been, but I’ve been to this office before (with two other cats) and never missed an appointment. Yet, because it’s been a long time I was still charged as a precautionary measure 2. Again, I understand it’s to prevent people from cancelling their appointment, but I feel like that’s disingenuous and would prefer another alternative especially if you’ve been to the clinic before 3. Besides that the staff and veterinarians are kind and helpful and I experienced no issues and will continue to visit this clinic I appreciate y’all ????

I have had great appointments for 6yrs & this one was no different.

This was our first visit. We have just moved from Cairo. Everyone was so kind and Dr. Neeman took his time with us and didn t rush us out the door. he followed up with a call when Cinnamon s blood work came back. I think we found our forever vet!

The staff and facilities are great here. Giger just does not seem to be getting better from his treatments.

I appreciate you seeing our sick family dog. I had to have my 19yr old bring him. It would have been nice to at least have our son call me or his dad before the $500 bill. There were duplicate things like anti nausea meds and we still had them from the last trip. Dog did not need them nor extra X-rays. A call with what the vet preposed would be helpful just to verify all procedures and meds. We do love you all as our vet. Thank you kindly.
