It was a little difficult to get an appointment due to patient volume. Also the office visit price went up and we hope we will be able to afford to continue to bring our pets here but not sure that we will be able to do so. The vet and staff are excellent though.

The staff was very accommodating to my request to pick up my cat before 1pm on the same day I dropped him off for his shots, bath, nail clipping etc. I really appreciated that!

The technician was unprofessional and could care less about the dog. The Fee for needle disposal is not fear per my opinion. It should be a business expense. I came just because of Dr. Carter otherwise I would have to find a different place.

The grooming service that I received was not up to my expectations. It was not good. But I did call and talk to the manager and express my concerns. I am expecting a discount off of my grooming and hopefully we will clarify going forward what is expected via pictures from past grooming sessions.

My only issue is getting an animal in when they are sick. I have had occasions of one of my dogs being sick and told they can’t see her for three days, that I can go to emergency vet if need be. That is way too expensive and the reason I have a vet, not just for well checks. Thank goodness the Vet house allowed me to drop my dog off and they fit her in that same day. Other than that I love bringing mine there, especially to Dr. B and now Dr. Carter.

The only thing that would make scheduling easier would be online scheduling. I’ve don’t it before but I couldn’t find it this around and had to call. Overall the staff and experience was great.
