Making an online appointment totally failed for me When I arrived I actually didn t have a spot. I made the appt several days in advance. Luckily they saw my dog in the back and then Dr B came up front to see me.

I m so happy with the care and service I always get from Kindness, and feel like my dogs are treated as well as any one of the staff s own pets would be treated. I ve dealt with a slightly lower cost, although somewhat disorganized clinic for several years for my dogs basic care and usually came to Kindness for more specialized issues. I finally made the decision to transition all of my dogs to one location and the very minimal increase in cost is WELL worth it. Thank you for all you do.

I have been going to another Vet for years. I needed an appointment fast and they could not work me in. My brother recommended Kindness and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff was extremely kind and I had to bring my 2 young grandchildren with me and the girls brought them coloring pages and colors to help ease the 2 year old s fears. So sweet. The Vet was knowledgeable and efficient and helped my dog out immediately. I will go back for sure!

Dr neeman was so good with my cat, rubbing him around the neck to put him at ease before starting the exam. Not in a hurry; I appreciated that. Also gave advice on what to watch for as my cat enters elder years.

My only suggestion is to offer a senior citizen discount on services. Us seniors live on fixed incomes and our little fur baby s are our lifeline sometimes.?? I am so happy to have found a place that makes me feel good about the care of my Joanie.

What an amazing vet office!

Really appreciated Doctor Neeman s understanding of how anxious I was about my new adoptee and how good he always is to my two girls and the new boy. The staff are wonderful as usual! I have nothing but good things to say about each and everyone of the people who work at the office! I just wish they were closer to me!

Both the Dr Calvanese and her assistant were wonderful with my 13 year old terrier mix with cysts and arthritis. They were very reassuring that he was not in any distress, thought the over the counter medicine was fine for him, however, suggested additional meds for his inflammation. Also provided info for future if things change. I will definitely be back.
