We wish you would reinstitute the Sunday pick-up between 5:00 and 5:30. We re usually home in plenty of time and would like to spare our dog the trauma of spending another night in the kennel, not to mention the additional expense. Thank you.

I appreciate very much your clinic s willingness to fit me in with the emergency visit for Buddy. Dr.Neeman was great - compassionate and well informed of Buddy s health problems, provided me with options and provided me with answers to my questions.

I highly recommend Kindness Small Animal Hospital. Dr. Neuman and the staff genuinely care about your pet s well being and don t make you feel like you are a bad pet parent because you didn t recognize your pet s condition until she was very ill. A friend recommended Kindness Small Animal Hospital when I moved to the area 8 years ago and I have never taken my pets anywhere else.

In the future I would like to be informed of any side effects of a treatment. We had no idea our dog would be deaf upon bringing her home. Had to ask and revisit. This would have been much less alaming if we would have been informed prior to bringing her home.

This was my first time back in about 4 hrs with a new pet. The Vet seemed distracted. When he was talking, I noticed he had the wrong patient file. He just said that it didn’t matter since there was a new sheet in the file. I don’t know what that meant but my cat had an issue and I’m still it sure if her treatment was for her or the other animal. When I left to pay, I mentioned that the Bet received the wrong patient file and the front office staff just looked at me and said, “what, oh!” Did nothing. No one ever apologized!!! The Vet never came back with Jiggy’s real file! Not impressed and very disappointed as I always received great service 4 yrs ago. Not sure what’s happened and am frankly not sure I will return or will refer others to Kindness Animal Clinic.

Everyone at the clinic is professional and friendly. I always feel that my creatures have been given the best possible care.

As always, I’m satisfied with the vet care my cats received.
