I appreciate all the good things above and, also, the professionalism of the doctors. I feel very comfortable with the diagnoses of the doctors for my cat. Everyone at Kindness Animal Hospital is. Professional, very friendly, and welcoming.

It s not as easy to get appointment when we need it. Dr Neman stays booked up because he is such a great vet. He treats animals and people with great respect and answers all our questions with great specificity . Staff is wonderful. We drive a longer distance because we are so happy with our experiences.

We really appreciate all the friendly employees. Out girl, Gracie, enjoys them too as she is always happy to let them take her back.

I love Dr Carter - been his client for 28 years. Kindness Vet Clinic is not what he is. My overall experience revealed incompetence, disorganization, and confusion. I am unsure if I wish to return.

The allergy shot doesn’t seem to be working like the apoqul pills do. Is that normal?

I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into an exam room. 3 people that came in after me were taken before me. I was there 5 minutes prior to my appointment. It’s not the same without Dr. B….

When my pet had surgery, it would have been so nice and comforting if the staff would have given me a courtesy call to let me know surgery had started, and again when surgery was completed and that my dog was waking up. I was worried my dog might not wake up, due to her age. Dr Du did call me two times with specific information and questions, which I so appreciated. Overall, I am very pleased with the care my pet is receiving.

I am so glad me and my husband decided to change animal clinics! Our cat, Elvis had a great first visit and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the clinic. Such a breath of fresh air from the prior clinic we used. Keep up the great work!

Usually I’m greated right away but I actually stood there for quite a while before anyone noticed. It seemed like there might be new employees? It did not give a welcome feeling like before. The front desk needs a little work. It uses to be excellent.

Dr Neeman is the best! Front office and techs are wonderful!

Highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Carter. He is very compassionate and caring, gentle with my dogs who are somewhat skittish.

My cat had some vomiting after our appointment and the staff was VERY helpful and even checked up on her the next day. Very thankful for the great service from Dr. Neeman and his staff!

Felt very rushed by the staff, I had to request all aftercare instructions. Got home and discovered that our dog’s nails were clipped, without our consent, and very poorly. All nails were very rough and there were three bloody nails from being cut into the quick.

I was a Heritage Square client since 1982 and now Kindness. We saw Dr. Prater and Dr. Bodenhamer all that time. Since Dr. B has retired, I don t feel like I am getting the same treatment or consideration as I did with him. When I would call and ask for information or help with a condition (I now live in Denton), he was responsive and many times I wouldn t have to come to the office because he knew my dog(s). This time I came for a distemper shot when I had asked for all shots be given at the last appointment. They informed me that wouldn t be a problem but it didn t happen. I shouldn t have had to come back for one shot. That said, Roxy s eye was draining as it had in the past from environmental. I ran out of the drops I had. (We back up to a pasture and she sits outside all the time.) I asked whoever I talked to when I called for the distemper shot about getting a refill. They said they would talk to Dr. Carter and let me know when I came in. The person at the desk didn t have a note in the file, didn t know anything about it, and said that without an appointment they wouldn t do it. She wouldn t even check as I didn t have an appointment for that. Dr. B would have made time. In addition, the desk people did not greet me when I came in which I have been accustomed to. I don t know if now you are too busy or if this is the norm. Roxy is 14 -- I didn t want to change vets at her age since you have all her records and know of her past accident, etc. Since I got this survey, I thought you should know my feelings when I left last week. Also, I really don t want to discuss this any further.

Appt. was for vet to do an annual physical exam on my pet. Upon arrival I was informed the appointment was for a fecal check only, that mo doctors were available and I’d have to reschedule after already waiting 1-1/2 weeks for this appointment.
