Dr. Neeman was great as usual. Very personable and honest. And he remembers non-pet conversational things which make him even more personable...in my opinion. The staff was very courteous, both on the phone and in person. I ve used Kindness for both of my dogs for 15 years now. When one was nearing her transition, Dr. Neeman was there to console me as she transitioned. Two years later I got up the nerve to get another little companion and went back to have them care for my new puppy. I recommend them to anyone who loves their animal(s) and wants only the best for them!

Whole team awesome and the Dr is very caring and understanding and not just in it for money!!!

Since my dog is really old, and blind, I would like to be able to come in with him. I understand the COVID concerns, but I believe if you wear a mask and distance, to a certain extent, that you should be allowed to come in with your doggie.

Please loosen up on the restrictions by booking less appointments at the same time. This will also decrease wait time- for we were waiting for awhile. Communicate with the customers better. I have no idea if my cat even took his vaccine. Please clear the voicemail box, for it’s almost impossible to reach the office.

The whole staff that I did get to speak with was amazing and extremely helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Kindness did a great job with my dog s dental and kept me updated all the way through!

Appt was at 8;15 but I sat in my car for over a half hour while other patients came and went.
