Everyone is always very friendly, and we love Dr. B’s bedside manner. There are a lot of veterinary offices closer to our house in Wylie, but we wouldn’t think of going anywhere other than Kindness.

Scarlett got her nails dremmeled but it appears that her quick was nicked... she was limping all day and there was a little blood on her nail. I know that those things happen, but I do bring her there and pay double what a groomer would charge so that those things dont happen. And if it does happen, I should have been informed when she was returned to me.

Kindness Small Animal Hospital is extremely well run. The staff is always courteous and competent. Of many good veterinarians we have consulted over the years, Dr. Bodenhamer is the best. He is an excellent diagnostician and communicator. By any standard, he demonstrates exceptional integrity and humility.

Love the staff at Kindness!

It was our first time there with Rocco. We have used the same veterinarian for 16 years and due to being 2 hours away from him now, We had to find another one close to us. Dr Neeman was so kind and thorough on the phone. Answered all of our questions and even talked to us about our previous vet, as he knew of him and how great he is. We appreciate his prompt yet caring words and advice for Rocco and will definitely be back and refer family and friends. All of your staff is so amazing and was so nice from the first time I called. We just had to put to rest our 2 eldest babies and Rocco is our only one now. He’s so very special to us. All of you made us feel so comfortable knowing he was in the best of hands. This is the first time I did what might be close to a virtual vist . I sent in my note with the patient , and I did not realize at the end that one of the reasons I listed for the visit seems to have been not addressed. I will call your office to rectify. I m a bit skeptical about the way card payments are handled, but I understand the reason, and hope that nothing untoward happens.
