I really appreciate that kindness small hospital s new procedures to accomodate the covid-19. Each visit was smooth and efficient and we should give all the staffs applous and thank them for highly professionalism.

My vet sent me here because my small dog s stomach was giving her issues we were seen fast and thoroughly and I loved how the vet called me and told me other things that would help my dog besides just the issues I took her for. Unscheduled urgent exam for the neighborhood cat with injured leg. Extremely pleased with service by all staff. It was a surgery day at the clinic but my patient was seen promptly. Many thanks to all. The patient Sheldon is enjoying the indoor life currently and getting the rest needed for him to recuperate.

I have made two appointments during COVID and both were great. There was a tiny bit of communication error on the first one but it was quickly resolved. The second time i added a handwritten note to my pet carrier and that seemed to work better. I appreciate everything you do for my pet.

I appreciate that you always manage to get me in even when I call last minute with issues. Not being able to go in with my pet is very hard, but knowing how much you care for your patients makes it easier. Love Dr. B and have trusted him with many loving pets over the years.
