First time for Lucy. Yall did an excellent and absolutely wonderful job with her. Yall took time with her and she and I just love all of yall! I m so happy my parents recommended yall. Kindness and Dr. N. have always been wonderful to my fur babies and my family. Their thinking had always been progressive. The staff, procedures, and planning showed te the preparation for clients during the pandemic. I was very pleased with the service.

Kindness Small Animal Hospital is just what its name states. The doctors and employees are very caring and professional in looking after my cats. My last visit was to have one of my cats euthanized. They performed this service with the greatest care and sympathy. Great folks.

It s been a really difficult time to have a very sick dog. Given that the doctors have been having to see a lot of animals and given that I have had to return several times because of Coco s progressive issues, things have been handled well.

Kindness is the perfect word for your clinic. Thank you one and all.

Was super easy to be seen during this Covid situation and Dr Neeman was able to call and discuss all my concerns with my dog. The gentleman who came out to get Gracie was very nice and was super easy process.

Next time I ask that my dogs claws be clipped, I expect to see an actual clipping, not just a $16 bill for it. Other wise, am happy with the services. Just not the claw clipping, which was only needed due to my groomer being closed for Covid.

Everything went well as far as I can tell. Him being terrified of vet visits I was prepared for him to act up. It was good I stayed in the car and am sorry if he gave you a lot of trouble. He was fine as soon as he got back in the car. Thank you for your care.
