This is a such a difficult time for you. You are doing a great job. I arrived early b/c I usually do, so got to see a lot of what was going on. This is really heavy-duty for the techs having to get the animals in and out of the cars. And not easy for the doctors to keep up a good work flow. To me, you were perfect. Stay safe and healthy.

It’s always perfect there. I have never had one single issue at all. Everyone there is great and super nice. Dr. Neeman is our favorite and I drive from Allen because I don’t even want to try anyone else out closer. Trust kindness with all my pups for 22 or more years now.

I was really unhappy with Dr Neeman today. I did not authorize him to call my sister. I also do not appreciate how he scolded me and accused me of something I was not doing. It is clear that Dr Neeman has no regard for my confidentiality as a client/patient. His actions were both unprofessional and unethical. In the future if you have a problem with how I’m caring for my dog or my actions please talk to me..... not my sister.

We Switched Misty s food that day to a high protein, Senior IAMs food and she is doing great. She is putting on a little weight and her fur looks good. Also her kidney problem seems to be gone. An all around win for Dr. B. Thank you
