The service has always been top notch. The staff is very courteous and attentive. While we have moved to the country we don t mind the longer drive because we know our pets will receive excellent care.

My cat had had a terrible weekend and when I called Monday morning, the staff were great and were able to get me in to see Dr. Bob that day. I got terrible news, my cat has kidney failure and is dying. Dr. Bob was so kind and willing to talk to me about it with no pressure to hurry up and leave. He talked about things to make her feel better and gave me an idea of what to expect. No pressure to spend a fortune on treatments that would just be hard on her and my pocketbook!

Dr. Bob is a kind and caring doctor. Wonderful reassuring personality. The staff called the next day to see how my cat was doing after getting a shot.

Dr. B is the greatest.

I don t know why, but for some reason this particular appointment (8:30am) took a particularly long time for me to get in to see Dr. B. Almost 30 minutes as I recall.

I brought my 17 year old boxer mix into the clinic on an emergency visit when she lost the ability to walk one morning. Everyone in this office was SO kind, especially Dr B. He gave me medication to try. (She is at the point we are keeping her comfortable and out of pain). The meds got her back on her feet.! I was most impressed at how sensitive he was to my feelings. He didn’t try and order tons of tests or try to talk me into putting her to sleep. I had just moved and hadn’t started looking for a permanent vet. I will definitely use this office as my permanent vet!!!!!

My little fur baby was so relaxed with the staff and the staff was so gentle with her. I got the feeling of love towards my fur baby as if she was one of their own. Thank you so much!! Sandra Braun and Baby Girl
