I came for the DA2PP shot and to look at my dog’s eyes and stated that. My dog was taken out of the treatment room to be weighed. It took longer than I thought it should. When my dog came back, blood had been drawn for a heart worm test and fecal matter taken without my knowledge or authorization. I knew it was out of date. I had no intention of having it done. The unauthorized tests added $61.60 to my bill. I should have refused to pay it, but Instead, I will find a new Vet. NO procedure should be done without permission from the owner.

Xena went in for her spaying. I was going to go with a cheaper option at some other location but I decided to stick with you guys. Paying a little more for the peace of mind and having her be treated like family is something I m glad I chose. Thank you.

Want to thank the team at Kindness Animal Hospital for getting us in right away when my older dog took a spill in the house and then limped. Having Dr. B look at her and reassure me it was likely a sprain and nothing broken that needed immediate attention really set my mind at ease. The staff is always so friendly and caring - can t imagine going anywhere else!

I could not possibly envision a better experience when taking any of our pets to Kindness Small Animal Hospital. Simply the Best--even when our large Doberman acts up. He is always good for entertainment value and a really good boy when he remembers he is supposed to actually settle down when he visits his doctor.

Everyone was so kind and wonderful when I took my kitty in for shots. Amber was especially helpful by rescheduling my appointment several times to make sure I got in that day. We also got a call the next day checking on my cat, which shows you guys really care. Thank you, you are all wonderful!

Everything was great, however, the visit with Dr. B was concerning. Our dog came in for a front leg/paw injury and was forced onto the exam table that raises in order to be examined. Our dog didn t want to walk onto the table, was terrified and stressed. She could have been injured worse by being placed on this table because it was difficult to get her onto the table. Because of her large size (107 lbs.) I had to help the tech (he was doing a great job, our dog was just so scared) with her because she was stressed and was standing on her front toes/nails (wouldn t put her front feet flat) once on the table and being raised up. Once the table was raised up, Dr. B then laid her on her side which was extremely difficult given her size and demeanor (she was even more terrified at this point). I pleaded at one point this isn t going to work , but Dr. B continued to place her on her side for the exam. I feared for her safety as she could have been seriously injured if she fell, or decided to jump off. I am unsure if using the raised table is a physical necessity, or a preference for Dr. B to conduct the exam, but large dogs should not be placed on the raised exam table in my opinion. It was an unpleasant experience (the actual exam), and I am just so thankful that our dog was not further injured during the process.

This was my first time boarding my kitty with ya ll and when I picked her up on Sunday, I was surprised to learn that I would still be charged for another night despite picking her up the day before. I wasn t informed of this when dropping her off. I understand the business economics at work here, needing to incentivize someone to come in on a Sunday, but it seems like an unfair when ya ll are open for only a half day on Saturday; if you were open for a full day on Saturday, even with limited services like picking up boarded animals, it would seem so much more fair.
