I called the same day to ask about what shampoo I should use for him. I never got a call back. I was told I would be followed up with the day after my appointment. I never got a call. I was happy with the appointment but disappointed with the follow up. I would like to feel like the clinic cares enough to check on my dog Prestleigh. Not happy.

For 25 years I have relied on Dr. Bodenhamer and his staff to provide medical (and sometimes emotional for me) support for my“fur babies”. Over this long period of time I have been through several dogs but only one vet. I would like to thank Dr B and staff for everything.

We boarded both dogs and both were good when we picked them up but I have a question. I brought their beds with them to feel more like home and both beds appeared not to have been used; no fur on either bed and they smelled just as they did when I brought them. Were they able to use their own beds? Thank you. Lisa Boisvert

We love Dr. Bodenhammer..he is THE BEST!! Only concern we have had the last two visits is that now that this office is busier, there are some interactions between dogs coming and going that are getting a bit too close for comfort. Not all the customers keep their dogs leashes tight and close to them and some of the employees walk dogs out very near the other departing or arriving dogs. We were very alarmed our dog was going to be attacked by a much larger, aggressive dog when they brought her out to us.

The scheduling system by appointmaster has several broken links that make it confusing. Other than that, everything was awesome as usual! Love Dr. Neeman and all the staff there. Thanks!
