I really love this practice! Growing up my best friend’s dad was a vet. He owned a small animal practice(and did large animal in the field as well) and was beloved by the community and those he served. When he passed away suddenly, not only was it a personal loss, but a loss of a trusted provider for our family pets. Dr. Neeman and his staff run their office in the same personal, professional and caring way, and I am very appreciative. The follow up call on Monday to check how Mo was doing after her vaccines was above and beyond, but so appreciated. Thank you!

The office is run very smoothly. Everyone was most gracious, including the vet. :) I have checked five stars on every question, but evidently am doing something wrong because it doesn t show! Also, for an early morning appointment, the doughnuts were much appreciated.

Very satisfied with the staff and doctors

Not sure how clean the kennels are. Dog was just groomed prior to surgery but smells like she peed herself when I picked her up.

You guys are are awesome. We really appreciate the care you provide our cats and kittens.

It is often difficult to schedule an appointment in an urgent situation. I understand that the office and doctor could potentially be booked up but in a health care setting there is always a patient that needs to be seen as a fit in. I do not abuse this Urgent status, and find it frustrating when I call and say my dog is sick only to be told that I can come early next week. I have had to take my dogs elsewhere for things like acute bladder infections before. This should not be. This time I had a ruptured anal gland. (well my dog did Hahaha) I got a fit in slot only after I was a bit annoyed and kind of told the front I was coming now anyway. I have been at this vet for 18 years, before it was Dr Neemans. This is the ONLY problem I encounter...the rest of the care is very good.

All my experiences have been handled super by your staff and Vets. I have doubled checked with my dog RAMBO and he agrees with my comments. He loves the attention he gets by your office staff. Wouldn t consider any other facility.
