I have taken my pets to Dr B for over 25 years & he takes his time & truly seems interested in my pets. He is the reason I continue to go there. The building continues to look great just like when heritage square built it.

We depend on Dr Bob & his staff for our medical & personal needs & satisfaction. You never ever get the feeling from Dr Bob that your pet & you come first, not $$$. And after 20+yrs, we know they arent the best or lowest $ around but Dr Bob is worth the peace of mind, priceless. We would follow him anywhere, if he left, so would we!

Willie and I both LOVE coming in for his appointment. Those of you who were there, saw just how excited he was. John and I adopted Willie 8 years ago when he was brought in with his mom and 6 other brothers and sisters. John s daughter Karen was fostering Willie until a home was found. Well, we took him for one weekend and he never left. He is just the sweetest thing ever then and now. I can t thank you enough for the opportunity to have Willie be ours. Since John passed away, Willie has become my protector. Don t know what I would do without him.

Very convenient for me, I work long hours and I can drop off my dog, get groomed, get his shots and get checked out and stay the night so I could pick him up the next day, and the prices are very reasonable . Thank you for all you do.

Your lobby could be spruced up a bit. Some nicer seating and cleaned better. As someone who has allergies to dogs/cats, it is sometimes hard to sit in your office. Love the care my pets receive.
