They always do a great job!

I love Kindness Small Animal Hospital. I ve been told of other places closer to my home in Rowlett but I always come back here. The staff and vets are all so kind and love our furbabies just as much as we do!!!

I absolutely loved the vets we saw. They were sweet and kind to my cat which really put me at ease. The staff were so friendly and awesome.

The office staff was very warm and friendly. Dr. Neeman has been taking care of Barkley ever since he was a puppy. He always makes an effort to take time to talk to you about your doggie s condition, and never makes you feel hurried.

We love the drs and staff at Kindness!

I am so impressed with the excellent treatment, I was hysterical because Mary got attacked and I felt she was a goner, but your excellent doctors did aa miracle and did everything to save her, I expect the bill to be much, higher and not being rich was grateful for the amount of the bill considering how extremely serious she was, I will always refer your hospital! Thank you doctors, nurses, all of you!

I m glad that corporate ownership change over the past few years retained the human element with Dr. B, Dr. Aron, and the staff -- as well as added 21st Century technology like making online appointments!

My experience was great as always. Dr. Bowenhamer is very caring and thoughtful when determine how to treat my pups. The staff is extremely professional and courteous!

I had asked, when I made the appointment, that the Bordetella booster not be given, as Tara is never boarded. She was given the Bordetella booster despite my request, so I imagine that it was not noted on the file. Please mark the file to show that Tara never receives this booster. Thanks so much.

I believe people keep coming back because of the person treatment since there are many that offer the same base service in this area. I have been coming here for 20 yrs plus, and feel this is missing to a great extent these days. Cordial but hot intiment any longer. That is a loss to both Dr. and patient.

Dr Neiman is the most awesome vet in the area, he loves his patients and cares for them as if they were his own!!
