This is a great vet. One of my favorite. And we have moved a lot and experienced many vets. Only one issue. Way too expensive. I can get vaccines for 70% less going other places.

When asked if I wanted Maggie Mae to have a lion cut I said no, I wanted her to have an even buzz cut all around. When I picked up Maggie she had a lion cut. It s the second time this has happened.

I was surprised when I was seen by a doctor other than Dr. Neeman. In the future, if Dr. Neeman is going to be unavailable, I would like to be given the option to reschedule.

The following day when I was called back for follow up, I told the lady we were having problems with Angel. The medication was causing her to shake, stress and be unsettled. She said our Dr was out if office but she would leave the other Dr a message. It was pretty urgent. I never heard back from anyone. Not acceptable!!!!!!

I love Kindness Small Animal Hospital! The staff is so friendly, vet is always so kind, easy to schedule appointments, and they always call to check up on how our dog is doing after major appointments. Thank you for going above and beyond with your staff!

I was a bit nervous to meet a new vet for my Max, especially because my dog is getting old and it is very important to me right now to find a perfect vet for him more than ever. After my first visit there I am more than happy and pleased to find this place and I really appreciate every care and attention your office provided for my Max while there and afterwards, via calls and emails. Thr assistant that came into the room with the vet to take care of my dog was very lovely:) I didn t get around to get her name, but she was very sweet! Thank you very much, and I ll see you next time when my Max s shots are due!:)
