Dr. Bob and staff always make Kali feel special, attention to detail is appreciated

My spouse and I have been bringing our pets there for many years and even when the office was further south on Jupiter Road. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Dr Bob helped me through a terrible time putting my baby Mickey to sleep & even sent me a handwritten card! Do personal & awesome bedside manner! I m not thrilled w the other vet Dr Neiman but I love Dr Bob

I am always treating nicely. My dog is a chicken but they are always patient with her.

Kindness Small Animal Hospital makes it easy to go to the vet. They put up with all three of my dogs at a time and my dogs (mostly) enjoy going.

Always have prompt attention and Dr Neaman truly cares about the pet he sees. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They make sure to take the time to answer all of your questions.

You guys are wonderful as a Vet facility. Dr. Neeman, and all the staff have always been nothing, but incredible. However, Kobe need his shots and a grooming so I left him all day and tried your groomer for the 1st time. Never Never Never Again. It was the worst experience ever. Kobe was traumatized when he got home. He is fine now and Thank God his hair will grows back. Ofcurse I will continue to come to Kindness for all Kobe s Vet needs, but We will go back to Pappy s Pet Lodge for all grooming, Where their Groomer cares about their dogs and takes the time needed with our beloved pet s.

This is an excellent vet, we see Dr Neeman. This particular appt was a euthanasia of a most beloved dog. We were treated with empathy but not so much it made it more traumatic, just the right amount. I called that morning and we were seen asap. We did not have to wait much and everything was done very nicely if you can say that about euthanasia. I LOVE this vet. well worth the drive to get there. oh, also the room we went to was quite private. All made things go much easier. Saying goodbye is very very hard. The way I was treated did somehow make it easier. Thank you.
