This was the easiest appointment I ever scheduled! You guys are totally flexible which I really appreciate because time is a limited resource in my life. :)

Nancy is always friendly and helpful. Dogs seem to enjoy there stay. Dr. B listens well and puts our minds at ease.

I was not completing satisfied with Sophia s grooming this time. Her face looked like an unfinished job. I don t like to complain but this time it was really obvious that something went wrong. Everyone is very friendly and gives me good service each time.

Our dog likes to come for a visit because the staff welcome him. One person said to him, You look really nice with your hair cut. I thought that was so cute that they remembered him from last time.

There was a little confusion about being able to leave my cat and return later but it was sorted out. All of the staff seemed to genuinely care about the well being of the pets there.
