I love this place and Dr Walker is just the best ????

I have only recently visited Rutherford Vet after deciding to leave my former vet. I’ve been three times now and each time I have been seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I’ve never had to wait to be taken to a room or to see a doctor. Each time I was greeted warmly and my pets were cared for with concern and professionalism. This is by far the best veterinary hospital around.

I gave only three stars for the staff because I was confused about to whom I was speaking. It would be nice if staff would introduce themselves along with explaining their position or wear name badges that can be clearly read. There were three different people that I encountered in the room: the person that roomed us, then another person came in and asked many of the same questions, and finally the doctor. When the second person came in, I thought I was talking with the doctor, so I was confused until the doctor (third person in the room) did introduce herself, but the assistants/techs should do the same. We have used Rutherford Veterinary Hospital since we moved here eight years ago and appreciate the fine care provided our pets.

When I returned to pick up my dog I would have loved to talk to Dr Kim, about the cleaning.

Great welcoming place, felt very reassured while there.

We waited for over one hour and offered to reschedule, but was assured we would be seen in five-ten minutes. After we arrived in the individual vets office, we waited another 30 minutes and had another appointment, so we left.

We are very pleased with RVH. Jasper loves Dr. Michelle. She always answers our questions and everyone takes special care to meet Jasper s needs. He loves to come to the vet!

Every person who helped us was fantastic. I feel like we got the best possible care. And the new bathroom is so refreshing. Thanks to all from Fran, ChaCha and Sassy.

The short dark-haired girl is a little grumpy but the other girls are great. Dr. Kim is fabulous!

Dr Kim and her staff did an excellent job concerning Little Burch s surgery!!! Today is Saturday the 29th and she is doing well. Please thank all of them for a wonderful job.

I am very pleased with the care my cat received. When I notified the office that my cat was lethargic, they promptly set up an appointment. I felt that the vet completed every test necessary to ensure that my cat would be okay yet kept my budget in mind while making decisions.

First time we had seen Dr. Walker. Very pleased!

All excellent! Thank you Dr Toms for loving our fur baby as much as we do! Staff is always so kind and helpful.

All the Drs in this office are great I just moved down to NC from Ct and they all made me feel welcomed from the 1st time I walked through the doors I would definitely recommend this office
