Love their facility, all their staff are very friendly

First waiting had an extreme cat urine odor. The tech moved us to another room that was much better. The first tech should have caught it and never put us there. Some of the pricing was a little high...specifically the cat spay cost.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful.

Your practice is wonderful, clean & the staff is amazing. Thank you all for being so nice & patient with me & Bella. I hope I did the survey correctly. I wanted to give 5 stars for every question!

We especially appreciate the successful!! strategies to distract the kittens and make their visit pleasant. They were enthralled with the birds; their total focus on scarfing up the cheese, they never noticed the shots. This was such an empathic consideration of your patients - we should all be so lucky. And Dr. Christian took the time to answer all my questions and reassure my concerns about diet and development. This is consistent with the thoughtful care you ve given Liz and Fiona too, and the front desk attention when we call. We re grateful you re there.

Even with the growth of Rutherford Vet, the staff still provides great service!

I’d like to thank everyone there for their patience and kindness shown. My kitten had a very bad experience at another office that made him very afraid and hard to handle. The vet took her time and used distractions to ease his nervousness.

Everybody there is great. The office staff mostly know me by name. I have a lot of 4 legged children and they take excellent care of them, and me.

Dr. Walker is a wonderful and caring veterinarian.

I ve been a client at Rutherford Vet for years and have always been satisfied to have them care for my pets. I live in Forest City and would prefer traveling the distance because my pets are worth the trip. My favorite Veterinarian is Dr. Michelle Toms and I would prefer her to be the the one my pets see but all of the other Veterinarians that work there are just as capable and the one I saw on that visit was satisfactory in every way. Thank you for years of quality service and the kindness and friendliness I receive at all my visits from the front desk to the Drs. and Techs. You always treat my pets as if they are special.
