Thank you so much for your care with Maverick. My husband called another vet closer to where we live and it was going to be a week before they could see him. There was not way he could wait that long. I told him to call you guys where I had taken him before and you got him in that day. To us, it was an emergency and your office saw it that way as well. Everybody there is great. The office staff mostly know me by name. I have a lot of 4 legged children and they take excellent care of them, and me.

I ve been a client at Rutherford Vet for years and have always been satisfied to have them care for my pets. I live in Forest City and would prefer traveling the distance because my pets are worth the trip. My favorite Veterinarian is Dr. Michelle Toms and I would prefer her to be the the one my pets see but all of the other Veterinarians that work there are just as capable and the one I saw on that visit was satisfactory in every way. Thank you for years of quality service and the kindness and friendliness I receive at all my visits from the front desk to the Drs. and Techs. You always treat my pets as if they are special.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was very impressed with Dr. Walker. Very satisfied with the service.

Was disappointed in having to wait one hour. Appointment was for 9:00 AM, which I was on time for. However the actual time to meet with Dr Michelle was an hour. I was to receive follow up lab tests the day following the visit. It is now two days and as yet have had no follow up.

Need to have a pick up and deliver service for people who can not bring pets in.Several times I have needed my pet to see Dr but could not take it...had to wait until I could.

We board with you guys fairly often... It would be great if your customers could fill out the information you require online before getting to the office. It takes several minutes to fill out everything (when you have 3 pets, that takes a lot of time). Just something to think about. Thanks...

This was our first time here. We just moved to the area. We are farmers. First impressions are everything when it comes to our animals. We all know that no one takes as good a care as the owner of an animal. Rutherford sure did come in right next to that. The staff were awesome, friendly, and willing to speak to us. We don’t have just one dog...we have a pack(5). We don’t just have a cat. We have a pride(3). We have found our life time vet, hospital and grooming facilities. Thanks Rutherford!
