The Doctor was the Awesome with FISH.SHE is the only one We want to see.

I absolutely will never take my senior dog Red Barron anywhere else. I feel they literally saved his life this week. Hopefully the biopsy comes back negative but I can’t thank them all, the whole staff from the front desk to the doctors. Thank you all so very much for taking care of Barron. Thank you ??

All the employees were very friendly and professional. The new veterinarians were wonderful!

So pleased to get an appointment right away. Dr Blackburn spent time explaining what may be wrong and what the treatment path was going to be.

Everything was five star except you had to book so far out to get an appointment. I couldn’t click on the fifth star on this survey but you all deserved five stars.

When we arrived, they told us we didn’t have an appointment. We had made the appointment three months ago and I had an email to verify that our appointment was in fact that day and time. I showed her the email and we were seen that day. Daisy could have been a walk in and they were going to charge me 100 extra dollars to be seen. This was prior to me proving that I had an email confirmation for the appointment.

Gina walked into the exam room with Jeffrey. My dog coward when Gina came in. She seemed to be stressed and she was overbearing. My dog could feel it. Gina was short with us when she wanted to take our dogs temp. We told her that our dog has issues with people touching his tail and butt. She said she had to take his temp there. We told her they do it axillary. She was not very patient with us and told us what we need to do to calm him down with meds. We told her that we tried that with Dr Dunham and Dr Regan. It did not work. She said well we do things differently than what they do. I figured that the vets are the major care takers there and deal with how to handle things with each pet. I did not appreciate a vet tech being overbearing. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years. I deal with people who can not verbally express their feelings and needs. They express pain, discomfort, worry and uncomfortable issues non verbally. Maybe Gina needs to learn that because her patients can t verbally express their concerns. My dog likes Jeffrey and leaned on his legs and that s how our dog gives hugs.

Each visit I have there is exceptional and this one was no different.
