It would have been nice to go in with my pets and talk to the vet in person

It would sure be nice if we could go inside with our pet and speak with the Dr. during the exam.

On my two recent visits, I had emergencies with 2 of my dogs! Each time, the office staff were able to work me in with one of the Vets! I LOVE Lakeside! My pets receive the BEST of care and medication! Thank you!

I am a fan of meeting and speaking with my vet. Don t like the distancing much. While I use a mask still, I think the way you do it is too impersonal.

As always, the staff was fantastic. I hadn’t meet Courtney before, but she was great with Cassie, answered all my questions, never made me feel like she was in a hurry to get back. She told me everything she did to Cassie and how Cass tolerated the processes. I’ve known Dr Collingsworth 20yrs yrs now; he tells you like it is, what needs to be done, and what to expect. He’s realistic and doesn’t give false hope, which I think is fantastic. He answers questions, listens to your suggestions and gives his opinion on them. He’s great with my dogs and cats, and has been there too many times for their end. Again, gives his time, and is very supportive. My only complaint is I want to come in!!!!

We have used these wonderful folks for 30 years. Always count on them and trust all they do for our loved ones

Still COVID rules, so no office visit. Otherwise everything was great!

Never had an appointment. Was ask to show up as a emergency. Regular office visit charge 50.00 plus , emergency status 80.00 plus. I passed !!

I hate that even though Texas is open again this clinic still won’t let people in. This is ridiculous!

The one thing you might consider is telling people, what to expect and do at home after surgery. It is hard for us to know, what is normal reaction or something not to worry about. Thank you.

Would expect Jojo to be brushed out after being bathed; her hair was very loose in spots & flying all over the inside of our truck when we picked her up.

When I returned home I noticed that it appeared that some of Missie s nails had not been trimmed.

I love taking my fur babies to Lakeside. My pets receive the best care.

Longest ever waited. Over an hour . Felt like the Dr was arguing with me when when I told her our pet was sick. Won’t be using the female Dr again. 2nd time for 2 different animals and neither interaction was good.
