Love everyone at Lakeside!

Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to me. Dr. Jim and his assistant did a great job quickly checking over LuLu, getting her microchip inserted, and getting her meds for her infected spot on her back to me, with full explanation. I paid cash for Lulu s services, and no need for the billing procedures explanation noted in the survey. Had a very good visit with Dr. Jim afterwards. I was in and out of the office easily from start to finish. I was very impressed with all the staff s professionalism, and genuine care.....and, with the overall office layout, organization and cleanliness. Thanks you all so much!

We have moved to the area recently. We were made welcome and Grace will get excellent care from the Lakeside staff.

I LOVE bringing my dogs to Lakeside. I feel they get the best care possible. I wouldn t trust anyone else to care for them. Extremely caring staff and they always take as much time as I need. I never feel rushed; only that my dog s care is the most important. I always tell anyone I meet to go to Lakeside.

The staff is awesome as are the doctors. Thanks for being so good to my babies

Everyone there is very caring and you are always attentive to my dog or cats needs

I love this clinic. They do everything right for my pets.

I don t think my answers registered. Every one was a five. I don t think I understood how to make it register. My visit was very pleasant and everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

I drive 2 hours and take 2 days off of work to come to this office. I have another vet closer to where I live just in case there is an urgent need, but I prefer to come to Lakeside for normal visits. The front desk staff are amazing and I love that they take time to love on my dog.
