Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to me. Dr. Jim and his assistant did a great job quickly checking over LuLu, getting her microchip inserted, and getting her meds for her infected spot on her back to me, with full explanation. I paid cash for Lulu s services, and no need for the billing procedures explanation noted in the survey. Had a very good visit with Dr. Jim afterwards. I was in and out of the office easily from start to finish. I was very impressed with all the staff s professionalism, and genuine care.....and, with the overall office layout, organization and cleanliness. Thanks you all so much!
