I was hospitalized as an emergency, so my brother called the vets at 4:54 to see if he could board my animals. The office closed by 5:00, but Dr. Jim said he woul wait till 5:30 for my pets. We can t that you enough. It s such a relief to know your pets are safe and well taken care of when you re sick. Thank you , Lakeside

We had a minor emergency with our Max. We were given an apt. Only a few hrs from when I called, which I think is super! We were see almost immediately, after we arrived. The techs & the Dr were caring compassionate & professional. We have been clients of yours for over 2 decades and are very happy with your service and participation in the community. Keep up the good work.

Even with all the great care, the kitten passed away Thursday evening. Unfortunately, we got to you too late. The puss had reduced and the flee spray made her more comfortable but she seized that night and just kept and died around 1 PM Thursday. Thank you for your help.

The vet tech had no clue about Nicks situation. I understand that being a vet tech is just a few college hours shy of being a DVM (Darcy off) but when you can t even place the right labels on the medication that was given, I would steer clear of giving surgical advice. I have 3 k9 family members that go here but i will find another vet office if I m treated that way again.
