When I spoke with the medical assistant (was a gentleman) I told him the make and color of my car and I was parked in front of the building. As he approached my car I rolled down the window and he walked by to another car so I assumed it wasn’t my turn. He went to two other cars just to come back to my car to get my dog for his appointment. Listening skills not good. How do I know he even conveyed my concerns about my dog to the doctor.

We are so pleased to have Dr. Blackwell as our Vet and her staff are always friendly and helpful. They were able to get Riley in at the last minute when we had a concern about about our Lab not eating. We were safe in our truck while he was taken in for his exam. Thank you all!

Dr. Roe and the staff are AMAZING!!! We drive from San Tan Valley just to see Dr. Roe because we love her so much. She takes the time to explain in detail what is the best for our puppies. We wouldn t go anywhere else!!!

With curbside service all the above are N/A. Frankly I was irritated that while standing outside your door the tech kept asking irrevalant questions .If you are going to continue curbside I suggest a questionnaire be texted and filled out before hand. And ppw mixed up some what. 2 Certificates for Queenie none for Cody. Could not renew his tag since they showed he was due a booster from your last cert sent to them . Anyway by me sitting truck outside it was problematical to me.

The tech was so nice. She came out and got my dogs one at a time and took them in for their visit. The Doctor called me on my phone and went over the findings. She spent a lot of time talking to me and answering my questions. Very efficient process. I love this clinic.Mary Jo Tennison

Due to Covid-19, my two pets were seen, but I did not see the inside of the facility. I was incredibly impressed with the front desk, vet assistants, and especially the vet, Dr. Blackwell, who called me to talk about both of my pets and spent ample time listening to my concerns and addressing each of them. I completely trust that my pets were well cared for and I will be returning for future visits and will be scheduling a surgery soon for one pet there. I only wish I had been able to see the itemized bill before paying, but I m sure if I d asked, it could have been arranged, it was just awkward with being all over the phone. Thanks for everything!

I gave 5 stars on the cleanliness, but I can’t really rate this, as I did not enter the office. This was my first time doing curbside care, and it worked well. Although it is getting a bit warm to wait outside in the car.
