The staff were friendly and provided services quickly. I gave a neutral answer to question 3 simply because we never talked with the veterinarian directly.

My dogs are very happy at the hotel with the extra TLC, good haircuts for our little dog and all the people who work there are very nice, efficient and kind to animals and people alike.
