Everyone here is so nice and friendly! They make me and my pets feel very comfortable

My dog was just kenneled. The worker opened the door on time for pickup and had been conscientious in giving my dog a bath and used sensitive shampoo because she noticed a recent skin irritation. She gave me info on what Abby had eaten and when she had gone to the bathroom so I was very pleased that Abby had received good care.

We took Duchess, our cat, in to be examined as she seemed to not be feeling well. The doctor was wonderful with calling and telling us what was going on, as well as asking us if we had any questions about the process. I love that the doctor, herself, called. Our cat was seen promptly and a diagnosis was given. We had her home the next day. Thank you! Because of my work schedule, it is a challenge to get there during office hours, but I understand the reason the hours are set. I did call to leave a message, and there was no way to leave a message. That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

I had a great experience with Ames Pet Hospital. I moved here from another city and was SHOCKED by how thorough they were with my pet and how much time and effort they put into finding a solution for my pet. Great place. We will be back!

My visit the other day was my first and you definitely have a new customer that will keep coming back. Everyone was friendly, seemed to know what they were talking about and seemed to really care about my cat Jasper. He was also sick in his carrier on the way in and someone on your staff cleaned the carrier out without batting an eye.

It was Kit Cat s first time away from home. We felt better about leaving her with you rather than have a neighbor check in on her once a day. Thanks.

I found Dr. Lithio to be patient and compassionate and will look forward to working with her in the future. I would have liked more information on pain reduction after the vaccine shot up front.

They understand that working adults have a busy schedule and work with you to find an arrangement to met your needs. I found the new doctor very pleasant and attentive. The vet assistant was also helpful during the shots.

Every pet we have ever taken to the office has been happy to be there. It s never a struggle getting any of them thru the door It is always easy to get a convenient appointment but then I always call a few weeks ahead.
