Even though we are social distancing and a lot in this time is inconvenient or more cumbersome, my visit to Ames Pet Hospital was great!

Dr. Haban was amazing as always and the girl that helped, Dani I believe was such a sweetheart.

I feel squeezed for as much of my money as possible everytime I take my dog here. This is why more people dont regularly visit the vet.

The receptionist gal was not welcoming. She greeted me, but never smiled. Some people just don t smile, I know. She asked me questions, I would answer and then she would ask me the questions again .... like she was highly distracted. The purpose of my visit was accomplished, but I understand you are asking for feedback and this was the impression that was made in the reception area. The vet was wonderful! (Also, the term provider in the survey is not defined so not sure if this is everyone at the office, just those who assisted in the exam room, or what.)

Thank you to the staff of Ames Animal Hospital and Dr. Elliott for taking such great care of my dog Shelby. She is nervous about going to the vet and everyone was understanding and helped her feel safe. Thank you!!!!

When I brought my cat home he seemed happy (purred and cuddled) just hours after his surgery. No nausea either. I could tell he was well cared for.

I got a number of very useful suggestions from Dr. Elliott (sp?) for taking care of my older cat as June has become very difficult to feed.

We are so thankful that Maggie was very well taken care for all her issues.

Dr Elliott is amazing! She s always very through during her exams. She also always patiently answers all of my questions. I am very grateful to have her to help keep take care of my 4 legged babies.
