Hi! I don t think that the survey worked very well on my phone. I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the care my dog gets at Ames Pet Hospital. I recommend Kathy Stohlmeyer to all my friends. She works with me to create a personalized care plan for my dog, she is never in a rush and takes the time to address all my concerns. She is caring and competent, and her staff is welcoming and helpful.

This is the best place to take your animals, hands down. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the Vet took the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and everyone showed great care for the animals.

Buddy was treated gently. He is shy and a little fearful but the vet handled him well. My questions were answered. Overall, I liked the vet and how he completed the exam.

I called for a last minute appointment at the end of the day due to a limping pet...not only did the clinic squeeze me in within 15 minutes of my call, they also took my concerns seriously (even though the limp went away almost immediately after we got to the clinic). My pet started limping again as soon as we got back home, but I had been assured by the Dr. that all was fine and sure enough all was okay in the morning! Thank you for the peace of mind the appointment provided!

We got to meet Dr. Elliott for the first time and as always we had a great experience, very knowledgeable, efficient and had a good rapport with Cleo cat. She had a great idea to just take to lid off of her crate and that made Cleo feel more relaxed and at ease.
