Excellent service by all!

There may be cheaper places to take our girl, but I don t believe she would get the thorough, compassionate, and age appropriate care that she gets from Dr. Green and any other vet she has seen at Peterson Pet Hospital. She was a rescue and had a horrible first 8 years of her life, it is important to us that she be treated with kindness and compassion and your staff is top notch in treating her this way.

It all started on Saturday at 12:01 PM. The office was technically closed, but Jolie answered the phone. My dog Linus had just been bit in the nose by my friend s dog and was bleeding profusely. I sent pictures to Jolie and she got the pictures to Dr Green. Dr Green called me and for the next 25 minutes, she stayed on the phone with me and asked what happened, told me how to clean Linus s nose once the bleeding stopped, and what to look for in case he needed stitches and/or got an infection. By the time we hung up, the bleeding was slowing and I had an appt for Monday to get Linus s nose checked. This is second-to-none care for my dog from the very beginning with Jolie to the end with Dr Green. FOUR PAWS UP!

What a wonderful office they care so much for our pets

I didn’t get into see the tech until 15 min PAST my scheduled appointment and then she proceeded to put one of your choker leashes around his neck and drag him towards the door to get his shots. She finally stopped AFTER I made a comment and asked if he would let her carry him. Not sure why she couldn’t have used the harness and leash he already had on, but regardless I was very disappointed in this visit!! I hope it was a one off situation.

We love everyone there and the care that you provide to our “zoo” is so appreciated!

We continue to bring our pets to Petersen Pet Hospital even though we have moved an hour away because of how much their entire team loves and treats them. They have been there in good times and bad and fortunately have the resources in both medical skills and facilities to make the bad times good again.

I’ve been very pleased with the entire team at Petersen Pet Hospital and especially.McGinty for the incredible care he provides. Dr. McGinty’s personal and compassionate approach truly stands out. The way he interacts with our dogs, Butters and Bella is so warm and genuine. It’s clear he doesn’t just treat our furry loved ones, he really cares about them. That kind of kindness makes a huge difference and gives us so much peace of mind every time we visit. It’s not easy to find a veterinary team that combines professionalism with such heartfelt attention and I’m very grateful for everything you all do. Butters and Bella are so lucky to be in your care. Thank you again for your dedication and kindness.

My pets have had nothing short of exceptional care every time they needed it...emergency or otherwise. Saturday s visit was not scheduled but Dr Young was able to check Chloe out in between her scheduled appointments and took the time needed to perform a thorough examination and provide an assessment of her condition as well as an explanation of Chloe s prognosis. She and the Vet techs were caring and professional and we are grateful for them.

When staff member came to take me to exam room with pet she asked if I wanted her to carry back the carrier..I appreciated the offer and took her up on it as had an injured hand and hard to carry. I thought was very kind.

Dr Knutson is the best vet I ve ever met with. We brought Mako to your clinic only because our regular vet couldn t fit him in. She figured out things that his regular vet completely missed. His situation isn t going to end well and it breaks my heart but Dr Knutson comforted both Mako and me. She is so compassionate, patient, & knowledgeable. So much so that we ve decided to transfer all our animals care to your practice. To Dr Knutson: This is an incredibly hard situation but without you it would be unbearable. Thank you so much for all the love you have shown us so far. It means the world.

Dr McGinty has done a great job with Mac and monitoring his seizures and he and the staff are very responsive to my email updates when things happen that he needs to know and taking any necessary steps in updating his meds schedule if needed. We have had dogs for over 30 years and have been very pleased with our time here a Petersen Vet over the last 6-7 years with our two dogs (one passed). We recommend you anytime we are asked.

Dr.McGinty and the staff are all so amazing,knowlegldgeable, kind and extremely caring. They always greet us with enthusiasm and shower our kitty with love. It is obvious the everyone is passionate about helping our pets.

The entire team at Petersen Pet Hospital is topnotch. Very professional, friendly and provide excellent care for my 4 cats.
