Staff is great

Keep digital records rather than requiring paper forms with new info for every existing client’s new pet. This is a poor customer service experience that could be mitigated in many ways.

Brittany was awesome and explained my statement in detail. Addison helped me with a follow up concern. Tyrany was also most helpful and welcoming. Crystal took good care of Maya and Finn. Thank you so much!

Dr. Young is great—engaging, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She’s so good with our cat. The staff are friendly and gentle, and always made sure our pet (and us) felt comfortable and at ease.

We have been with Dr. Petersen since the inception of his (sole) practice. It has grown and changed over the years. We ve remained loyal. However, this last appointment may indeed be our last :( Front Desk was not welcoming, almost rude. We felt belittled. I miss the old days where we were recognized and appreciated for our loyalty. It was too emotional for me.

We love Peterson’s. They take great care of our dog.
