The staff and Doctor Carmo were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Mike was is good hands. Even when my car went crazy and automatically locked me out and Mike in the staff took care of us. Doctor Carmo said he would be fine for an hour. The front desk staff sent my husband a text that we needed him to come by and bring the extra key. Mike appreciated it!

I LOVE your practice. I especially love the fear free policy and what all of your staff do to make Yogi comfortable. Most of all, I LOVE Dr. Knutson! I know she sees many many furry family members per week, but every time we come in, she acts like Yogi is her favorite! In addition, she is EXTREMELY patient with my numerous questions....even when I apologize, she says, that s what I m here for . As a health care professional, I appreciate all the time she spends with us...it could throw off her whole day,but she doesn t falter. She puts Yogi at ease before she examines him,and spends all the time I need answering questions. I had a vet for my last 2 schipperkes..and I really liked her. I was devastated when I called to get Yogi in and was told they weren t accepting new patients . God was at work, and I am forever grateful!
