We cannot say enough about Dr Young and her assistant on the morning of Jan 11. They were both so incredibly compassionate, patient and wonderful during Oakley’s end of life procedure. We so appreciate them and the care they gave all of us during that very difficult visit! ??

Whoever took Daisy back gave me a good report. They found she doesn t like her front nails clipped vs her back ones and did those first to get it out of the way they also took time to make sure her nails were short enough to give more time between appoints. Which I love because drama queen beagle

Absolutely loved my visit! Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated everything Tyrany and Dr. Knutson had to say. I left with a lot more knowledge about how to best care for Flynn moving forward. Thank you also to Tyrany and Hailey for taking the time to teach me how to cut Flynn’s nails last minute! Ivy knows Dr. McGinty and allows him to put her through her exams without complaining . He is thorough, kind and gentle. She has been seen at your clinic for all of her 14 years. Staff is great

Keep digital records rather than requiring paper forms with new info for every existing client’s new pet. This is a poor customer service experience that could be mitigated in many ways.

Dr. Young is great—engaging, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She’s so good with our cat. The staff are friendly and gentle, and always made sure our pet (and us) felt comfortable and at ease.
